Services

A lack of processing facilities in our region led us to install a 2 and a half tonne per hour Pierelise processing plant. This plant not only gives us the edge on production, but allows us to control the quality and texture of our pressings. Our olives are harvested and pressed within a 24 hour timeframe. This ensures we produce the best quality Australian products available.

We also process, bottle and label for other growers who may be looking for that extra service. Contract processing from 500kg (minimum). If you are a grower who is looking for any of these services, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Organic processing is an additional service we offer to organic olive growers. Our processing and bottling plant is NASAA certified.

If you are a discerned grower with quality olives and wish to sell your harvest, please contact us  for a competitive purchase price. Please note we are only looking to source the highest quality olives.
